Hello,
Welcome to the Anitek website!
AniTek has provided support and
services related to Alcatel PCX installation and other
telecommunications systems since May 2000.
-
Performed as the technical lead on
the largest install in the U.S. with approximately
7,000 telephony devices in 2005.

Designed and programmed Alcatel call
center distribution applications on numerous customer sites, two
of which involved Genesys Express integration.

Served as project manager on several
installations attending customer meetings, creating project plans,
and managing technicians.

Provided stand up instruction for
over 3,900 end-users, train-the-trainer, and system administration
courses to customers and other technicians.

Possess strong technical writing and
graphics skills, developed system design standards and checklists,
training presentations and coursework, and end-user handouts.
